THOSE WHO VISIT FROM OFF CAMPUS

*Yes we do offer services to clients from off campus! We are easy to find when you park in the deck attached to the Student Union.

Bring in your parking ticket and we will pick up the tab for your parking for the duration of your appointment.

STUDENTS:

Receive all of the above perks plus REBATES. Each time you visit you earn 10% rebate valued up to 6$ and good toward your next visit within 6 months. This may be gifted to friends if you wish! We track this for you and you can let the rebate $ build up and use toward bigger hair services if you like.

PRICING:

Starts 55$ per 30 minutes plus cost of products

All prices are based on amount of time in the chair and whether you want additional specialized work. Starting at 55$ per 30 minutes. For color services it goes up based on amount of product usage and if there are advanced techniques needed to complete the look. In person consults are available if you're unsure of what you need. A men's cut typically takes 30 minutes and would be approx. 55$. A woman with long hair might take 45 minutes. Students receive their rebates from this price.

APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OPERATING HOURS:

We do occasionally offer appointments outside of our normal hours. Saturdays we are normally closed but we do make exceptions. If it's for a special event and travel is necessary we collaborate with you and offer a quote which will include travel expenses.

The more notice you give the greater the chance we can book it.

In order to do this you must text the salon directly as there is no booking option for this online.

Appointments taken outside normal set hours pay a deposit and the rate goes up 25$ (this is because this is during our personal time and is a courtesy to the client).

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY:

Why we have a cancellation policy...

-Stylists do not receive hourly pay. We are on commission meaning we get a % of services only when we are doing hair. (Tips are always welcome and appreciated)

-When people give us enough notice we have opportunity to fill that spot. Thank you for understanding.

-For this reason we require a minimum 48 hour notice for any cancellation or change of your scheduled service. Any cancellation within 24 hours is 100% payment of the scheduled service. Any cancellation 25-48 hours is 50% payment.

-We are not employees of UNCC.
